Luke is the driving force behind Hadland Truck Services. As Managing Director and Lead Technician, he oversees every aspect of the business—from hands-on mechanical work to client relationships and team leadership.

 

With 18 years of industry experience, Luke brings a deep level of technical expertise and a strong work ethic to the job. He completed his qualifications at the prestigious Volvo Truck & Bus in Oxfordshire, UK, before relocating to New Zealand, where he has spent the last 12 years working extensively on local trucks, trailers, and agricultural equipment.

 

Luke is passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality service and takes pride in building long-term partnerships with clients. He’s often out on the road, providing mobile repairs and diagnostics, supporting his team, and ensuring every job meets the highest standards.

 

When he’s not under a bonnet or behind the wheel, Luke is managing operations, improving systems, and making sure Hadland Truck Services continues to exceed expectations.

Renee is the other half of the team behind Hadland Truck Services, bringing over 16 years of experience in office management and accounts to the business. As Co-Owner, she plays a key leadership role, overseeing all things finance, administration, and compliance.

 

Renee manages the business’s financial operations, including invoicing, payroll, budgeting, and account management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She also leads the company’s health and safety systems, keeping both the team and clients protected with up-to-date procedures and documentation.

 

With a sharp eye for detail and a practical, hands-on approach, Renee ensures the business remains professional, compliant, and client-focused. Her behind-the-scenes work supports the operational side of the business, allowing the mechanical team to stay focused on what they do best.

Brayden is a key member of the Hadland Truck Services team, known for his passion, dedication, and hardworking attitude. As a Field Mechanic, he plays an essential role in providing on-site servicing and repairs for trucks, trailers, and agricultural machinery across Canterbury.

 

He’s hands-on, reliable, and always up for a challenge—he definitely doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty. Whether it’s a breakdown or a complex diagnostic issue, Brayden brings a can-do attitude and a commitment to getting the job done right.

 

Brayden takes pride in his work and consistently strives to represent HTS in a positive and professional way, ensuring every client receives quality service they can depend on.

Jake joined the Hadland Truck Services team with around nine years of experience in the mechanical industry, bringing a broad range of knowledge across motorbikes, trucks, plant and heavy equipment.

With extensive experience working as a mobile heavy diesel mechanic, Jake is highly capable in the field and experienced in servicing, repairs, diagnostics and breakdown work.

His diverse mechanical background, practical approach and willingness to get stuck into any job make him a valuable addition to the HTS team.
